1. Scope of Professional Services

Grow with Zain offers a specialized range of digital solutions across strategic digital marketing, paid advertising management, search engine optimization, brand identity design, and custom website development.

Because every business is unique, the specific details of your project will be outlined in a personalized Service Agreement or Project Proposal detailing exact deliverables, milestones, and timeframes. Any scope modifications during the project will be quoted separately to maintain total budget clarity.

2. Financial Terms and Payment Structure

• Project Deposits: To secure your spot in our production calendar, we typically require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost to dedicate immediate creative and technical resources.
• Milestone Payments: Remaining balances are tied to specific phase completions as established in your invoice or project schedule.
• Timely Payments: Invoices are due upon receipt. Accounts past due may be subject to a standard 2% monthly late fee and temporary project pausing.

3. Customer Portal & Collaboration

Clients are granted secure access to our digital portal and collaboration spaces to monitor progress, share assets, and manage invoicing smoothly. Clients are responsible for maintaining confidential login credentials.

4. Project Timelines & Shared Responsibilities

Meeting target launch dates is a collaborative effort. Estimated timelines depend on receiving required copy, branding assets, and feedback promptly. Delays in assets may result in adjusted project delivery schedules.

5. Revision and Approval Process

Most service packages include structured revision rounds (typically 3 rounds). Feedback should be provided as a consolidated batch to maintain workflow momentum. Once final written sign-off is given, that deliverable is deemed complete.

6. Intellectual Property & Asset Ownership

Upon full payment of all invoices, full intellectual property and ownership rights for finished deliverables are transferred completely to the client. Grow with Zain retains preliminary/unused concepts and reserves the right to showcase finished work in our professional portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is agreed upon in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Grow with Zain utilizes industry best practices in all engineering, design, and marketing work. However, external market conditions, competitor ad bidding, and search engine algorithm updates are beyond direct service provider control. Our total liability for any claim is strictly capped at the amount paid for the specific service under agreement.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the applicable jurisdiction of Grow with Zain LLP's registration. Both parties agree to seek amicable resolution through professional mediation prior to any formal legal proceedings.
